Hello there! I have over a decade of professional experience in social work and am passionate about working with anyone who is trying to change their life. change can be hard, it might be difficult to figure out where to even start. My goal is to allow you space to spill whatever is top of mind and assist you in moving forward what rises to the top. My areas of expertise continue to grow, but I like to integrate Cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, functional health with a strength based approach. You are doing so many things well, you are resilient. Let’s utilize that to your advantage.
I believe in philanthropy and that everyone should invest in volunteer roles when able. As such, I continue to advocate for those in need, provide information and resources to those who need it, and place my time, resources, energy, and finances towards benefiting the greater good.
I graduated from Metropolitan State University (Saint Paul, MN)with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I bring a lot of my my psychology learnings into session.
I graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Master of Social Work Degree (MSW); I am currently a licensed graduate social worker (LGSW) and currently planning on taking my independent licensure exam this winter.
