Building Community

Rose is a firm believer in building community as a social worker. She also has a large backgroudn in the arts, from sewing her own clothes as a kid to going to school to be a seamstress. She is trained in various mediums.
Currently living in the NE arts district, Rose is a neighborhood leader in her community to help create programming, while also helping local artists organize and create events on 13th street in the historic arts district.
Craft club is a way to bridge the gap, find community and broadcast the arts in everyday wear.
Rose has been sewing the majority of her life, and created the majority of her wears in high school while she worked at S.R Harris. Also to note, she originally went to school to become a seamstress. A large passion of hers has been to help others create and keep their worn clothing in good condition. **Craft Club coming soon**

Community Building through Breathwork

Breathwork is ancient, it’s something we are all innately built with but lose form on as we age.

For something so simple, it can be daunting to figure out how to “breathe better” but this organic group can be helpful for anyone wanting to get the basics down for longevity and health.

This is a donation based class and all are welcome! Sundays at 6pm @ Nordeast Yoga
